InnoQuester operates as an intermediary platform facilitating evaluation, matching, and collaboration between innovators and industry.
InnoQuester operates solely as an intermediary platform and is not a party to any agreements, negotiations, or transactions between users.
Users retain full ownership of any intellectual property, data, or materials they submit to the platform. Submission of information does not transfer ownership to InnoQuester.
InnoQuester does not use submitted innovations or confidential materials for commercial purposes beyond facilitating evaluation and collaboration workflows.
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Respect confidentiality obligations
- Use the platform only for legitimate evaluation and collaboration purposes
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
All confidential interactions are governed by executed NDAs between participating parties. InnoQuester facilitates secure access but is not responsible for enforcement of contractual obligations between users.
Users agree not to bypass, circumvent, or directly engage with parties introduced through InnoQuester outside the platform without prior written consent.
The platform is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
InnoQuester does not guarantee:
- Commercial outcomes
- Licensing success
InnoQuester does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless InnoQuester from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from their use of the platform or interactions with other users.
InnoQuester shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business opportunities, arising from use of the platform.
Access may be restricted or terminated in case of misuse.
InnoQuester reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
